SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (“SUB TERMS”)

These Subscription Terms (“Sub Terms”) govern paid subscriptions offered through the QUITTR app. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Sub Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

QUITTR offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features, which may include (but are not limited to):

• Advanced recovery tools and insights

• Progress tracking and analytics

• Exclusive educational and motivational content

• Enhanced content blocking and support features

Available subscription plans, pricing, and billing periods are displayed clearly in the app at the time of purchase.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google account, if applicable) at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price, unless otherwise disclosed.

3. Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings:

• iOS:
  Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QUITTR

• Android:
  Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

• You will not be charged during the trial period.

• You will be charged automatically once the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If a price change affects your current subscription, you will be notified in advance where required by law, and changes will only apply at the next renewal period.

6. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not QUITTR directly.

• Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their refund policies.

• QUITTR cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

• After expiration, your account will revert to the free version of QUITTR.

Your recovery data will remain available unless you choose to delete your account.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Sub Terms from time to time to reflect changes in subscriptions, legal requirements, or app functionality. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via other appropriate means.
